MEBIGX provides digital design and development services including web development, product engineering, systems architecture, brand and experience design, and AI tools and automations. All services are provided subject to separate service agreements.
Client Responsibilities
As a client, you are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, providing timely feedback and approvals, and making payments according to agreed terms.
Intellectual Property
Final designs and code belong to the client upon full payment. MEBIGX retains a license to use completed work for portfolio purposes, including case studies and marketing materials.

Content published on our website and blog is moderated by the company. All content must be original or properly attributed, professional, and reflect our standards.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MEBIGX's liability is limited. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for technical issues beyond our control.
