Graphic Designer (Intern)
We’re hiring a Graphic Designer Intern to support MEBIGX design projects across social media, ads, brand assets, and client deliverables. You’ll work with clear briefs, fast feedback, and real campaigns—focused on clean visuals that convert.
Requirements
- •Solid portfolio (even student/personal projects) showing taste + layout
- •Strong skills in Photoshop + Illustrator (Figma is a big plus)
- •Good understanding of typography, spacing, color, composition
- •Can follow briefs and still bring ideas (not just “make it pretty”)
- •Speed + consistency (you can produce daily content without quality dropping)
- •Basic marketing sense: hook, clarity, CTA, scroll-stopping design
- •English OK for feedback + briefs (Albanian OK too)
- •Reliable internet + availability for check-ins
- •Bonus: motion basics (After Effects/CapCut), AI tools, Canva templates
Responsibilities
- •Design social media posts, carousels, stories, and reels covers
- •Create ad creatives for Meta/TikTok/Google (multiple versions for testing)
- •Assist with brand identity tasks (logos, colors, typography, style guides)
- •Produce marketing assets (banners, flyers, menus, thumbnails, PDFs)
- •Prepare files correctly for web + print (sizes, bleed, exports, naming)
- •Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all visuals
- •Edit templates and build reusable design systems for speed
- •Collaborate with marketing/team to turn ideas into visuals quickly
- •Manage tasks, deadlines, and revisions without drama
- •Keep a clean, organized project folder + source files
UI/UX Designer (Intern)
We’re hiring a UI/UX Designer Intern to help design clean, high-converting digital products—websites, landing pages, and dashboards. You’ll work close to strategy and development, turning ideas into usable, scalable interfaces.
Requirements
- •Portfolio showing UI work (web/app screens, flows—not just visuals)
- •Strong Figma skills (auto-layout, components, variants)
- •Solid understanding of UX fundamentals (user flow, clarity, friction)
- •Good visual sense: spacing, typography, contrast, hierarchy
- •Can think logically: “Why does the user click this?”
- •Comfortable working from briefs and iterating fast
- •Basic understanding of web dev constraints (HTML/CSS logic)
- •English OK for feedback + documentation
- •Reliable, disciplined, and detail-oriented
- •Bonus: UX research basics, analytics awareness, Framer/Webflow
Responsibilities
- •Design user interfaces for websites, landing pages, and web apps
- •Create wireframes, user flows, and low → high-fidelity mockups
- •Translate business goals into simple, intuitive user experiences
- •Design responsive layouts (desktop, tablet, mobile)
- •Build and maintain UI components & basic design systems
- •Collaborate with devs to ensure designs are feasible and accurate
- •Apply UX best practices (usability, hierarchy, accessibility basics)
- •Iterate based on feedback, testing, and performance insights
- •Prepare clean handoff files (auto-layout, components, naming)
- •Keep designs consistent, scalable, and conversion-focused
